When will my order ship?In-stock orders ship from our U.S. warehouse in 3–5 business days. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
How much is shipping?Standard U.S. shipping is $8. Orders of $50 or more ship free. Express is available at $15.
How often should I use a sheet mask?Two to three times a week. Apply to clean skin, relax 15–20 minutes, then pat in the remaining essence — no rinsing needed.
Are your masks vegan?Yes. Our masks are vegan, paraben-free, sulfate-free, non-comedogenic, and never tested on animals.
I have sensitive skin — can I use these?Our masks are formulated to be gentle, but every skin is different. Patch test before first use, keep the product away from eyes, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. For external use only.
