Shipping Policy

We ship from Orange County, California to all 50 U.S. states. Here's what to expect when you order from BIOHD Skin.

Where We Ship

      All 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

      U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands) where lawful.

      APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

      Select international destinations where available — customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country.

Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. In-stock orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific Time, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates from the date your order ships, not from the date your order is placed. Estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays may affect delivery.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard ground shipping on U.S. retail orders of $75 or more (continental U.S.). Wholesale customers receive free freight on orders of $500 or more — see our Wholesale Terms for details.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also view tracking by logging into your account on https://biohdskin.co.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; reshipment costs are the customer's responsibility.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

      If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check with your household and neighbors and inquire at your local carrier office before contacting us.

      If you still cannot locate it, email team@biohdskin.com or team@biohdskin.co within 7 days of the carrier's delivery confirmation. We will open a carrier investigation.

      If your package arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the box, the product, and the packing slip. We will replace the affected items or issue a refund at our discretion.

Customs, Duties & International Orders

For international shipments, the recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are separate from the shipping cost paid at checkout and are not refundable if a shipment is refused at delivery.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, email team@biohdskin.com as quickly as possible. We can often help if the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, please follow our Return & Refund Policy.
